WHO CAN I HELP?

Whatever you are going through, you don’t have to go through it alone.

You might be seeking therapy to get support with something specific that has happened to you.  A trauma, the loss of a loved one, loss of work, identity or purpose.  I can provide you with a safe and confidential space for you to process your experience and find a way to heal and move forward.

You might be seeking therapy because you have been struggling for a long time.  Do you suffer from anxiety, stress, depression, low self confidence, no sense of identity or just a general sense of unhappiness?  If so psychotherapy can really help.

Psychotherapy is an in depth relational approach that allows for transformative, long term change.

I work with individuals aged 18 and over.
